WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are hiring a full-time junior to mid-level Graphic Designer to join one of our amazing partners. The role includes the entire process of visualizing as well as taking direction to create graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, social media content, brand collateral, presentations, thought leadership, print and digital advertisements, and more for the company and its clients.

The role reports to the Senior Strategic Lead and works alongside a Senior Graphic Designer, Strategic Content Leads, and Client Success Leads, supporting 15–20 retained client accounts. The position is remote with working hours from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Your graphics should capture attention and communicate the right message. For this, you need a strong ability to translate business objectives into design and bring a point of view of your own. We are looking for a designer who brings ideas rather than waits for them, brings more than one direction to the table, and can explain why a choice serves the client’s goal. If you can communicate well, work methodically, and own a project from brief to final file with limited direction, we’d like to meet you.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements, asking the questions that surface what the brief leaves out.
  • Conceptualize visuals that connect back to the client’s positioning and business objectives.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
  • Develop illustrations, logos, layouts, and reusable design systems across Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Figma, Canva, and PowerPoint.
  • Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic and medium.
  • Manage your own queue across multiple client accounts, prioritize competing requests, flag capacity risks early, and partner with copywriters and strategic leads to develop final output.
  • Test graphics across various media and amend designs after feedback.
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
  • Design web pages and landing pages and provide clean handoff to developers or CMS platforms such as WordPress, HubSpot, and Figma.
  • Build and maintain brand systems, including templates, component libraries, and brand guidelines.
  • Design email and campaign assets in HubSpot.
  • Design within financial services compliance requirements, including disclosure placement, and work through revision cycles with client account teams.
  • Keep source files, naming conventions, and shared asset libraries organized so past work is findable and reusable.

YOU'LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • Proven graphic design experience.
  • Strong portfolio of graphic design work, including live websites or landing pages you designed and at least one full brand system.
  • Required proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and PowerPoint at a level where you can work quickly and build reusable templates, not just one-off files.
  • Enough HubSpot email design and HTML/CSS literacy to hand off clearly to a developer.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Demonstrated web and digital design capability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-starting, with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • A track record of working without close supervision—you can set your own process, ask early rather than late, and deliver on schedule across competing priorities.
  • Flexible, adaptive, and open-minded.
  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or another regulated industry is a plus, as is comfort designing within compliance constraints.
