He has founded, led, advised, and invested in several companies throughout his career, including an exit from the full-service marketing agency he founded, Giant Propeller, in 2023. A University of Michigan alum and member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, Mike is known for his relentless persistence, strong leadership, and innovative mindset.
Away from business, Mike embraces the sunshine and an active outdoor lifestyle in Miami, where he lives with his wife and two kids. They spend every summer in Barcelona, his wife’s hometown, instilling in their family a deep appreciation for culture and a global perspective. For Mike, blending a passion for entrepreneurship with a rich family life and international experiences is how he defines success, finds fulfillment, and leads by example for his family.
Josh is the architect of creative systems - an operator, founder, and producer who turns vision into motion. His career began in commercial production and broadcast television, working with top brands, agencies, directors, and networks to bring high-stakes creative and live events to life on some of the biggest stages in media. That foundation evolved into serving as COO and Partner at Giant Propeller, a leading marketing and creative agency, where he helped design the operational infrastructure that powered its growth and contributed to its successful exit in 2023. Today, as Co-Founder of Talent Scout, Josh channels everything he’s learned about building high-performing organizations into helping brands and agencies scale smarter through exceptional Talent.
Josh lives in Connecticut with his wife, son, and their pup Oliver. Together they spend summers on the Long Island Sound and winters in Vermont, balancing work, family, and time outdoors. An avid rock climber, he brings the same focus and discipline from the crag to every challenge he takes on in business.
