Company: One of Our Amazing Partners

ABOUT THE COMPANY

One of Our Amazing Partners is a DTC women's apparel brand known for handcrafted tie-dye and bohemian-inspired pieces. Based in Florida, the company has built a loyal customer base through a membership-driven model that prioritizes customer lifetime value over first-order returns. With an expanding product line and a proven, profitable business, Free Spirited is entering its next growth chapter and looking for a hands-on marketer to take the wheel on paid acquisition and creative output.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A senior growth marketer who lives inside ad accounts, not above them. You personally manage significant Meta ad spend, produce high-volume creative variations weekly, and think in terms of payback windows and LTV. You will report directly to the founder, own the entire paid acquisition engine, and have the creative freedom that comes with earning results. This is a role where you are building a team, not just taking a job.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Plan, build, and scale Meta ad campaigns at $250K+ per month in spend, hands on keyboard
  • Manage Google Ads as a secondary channel (Shopping, Performance Max, branded search), optimizing for efficiency and true incrementality
  • Sustain a high-volume creative testing cadence of 15 to 20+ new ad variations per week with clear winner and kill rules
  • Brief and direct a retained design team on creative assets aligned with campaign objectives and seasonal priorities
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools and workflows (generative AI for copy, imagery, and UGC) as part of daily creative production
  • Own the launch and promotional calendar, coordinating seasonal drops and sitewide events across paid, email, and landing pages
  • Build and test angle-matched landing pages to improve ad-to-page congruence and conversion rates
  • Lead an email/SMS manager who reports into this role, aligning retention channels with acquisition strategy
  • Monitor blended new-customer CPA and revenue performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize spend allocation
  • Identify opportunities to scale spend profitably while maintaining target payback windows

YOU'LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • Personally managed $200K+ per month in Meta ad spend within the last two years, hands on keyboard (in-house or as the lead buyer on a major agency account)
  • Professional-level English, both written and spoken, with the ability to write and approve ad copy, creative briefs, and internal communications
  • DTC apparel experience, or a closely adjacent style-driven consumer brand where size curves, returns, and seasonal drops are familiar territory
  • A creative-first mindset: you think in hooks, briefs, iterations, and testing velocity, not just bid strategies
  • Fluency in subscription and LTV economics, comfortable buying to payback windows rather than first-order ROAS
  • Full overlap with U.S. Eastern business hours

NICE TO HAVE

  • Landing page testing experience with tools like Replo or similar page builders
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (generative imagery, AI-assisted UGC, or similar)
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring a direct report in a marketing function
  • Background in membership or subscription-based ecommerce models

WHY JOIN THIS TEAM

This is a role with real ownership and visible impact. You will work directly with the founder, run a significant ad budget, and shape how a growing brand acquires and retains customers. As the company scales, you will be the person building the marketing engine and growing the team around it. Qualified candidates can expect a paid 2 to 3-hour working session as part of the interview, because this team values your time from the start.
