Company: One of Our Amazing Partners

ABOUT THE COMPANY

One of Our Amazing Partners is a global accounts and advertising management team for e-commerce brands, built on more than 70 years of collective online selling experience. The team is not trying to be the biggest Amazon account management firm, only the best, and it curates a client base of highly differentiated products across many categories. Client success is the business model, and the team invests heavily in staying ahead of how marketplaces actually move.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You are the strategist and the relationship owner for a portfolio of Amazon brands. You build the growth plan yourself, then you sit in front of the client and defend it, adjust it, and explain what happened and why. You are comfortable telling a client something they do not want to hear, in a way that keeps the relationship intact. You read the account before the meeting, not during it, and you always arrive with a plan.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Own a portfolio of six to nine e-commerce brands as their primary strategic contact
  • Build and continuously adjust Amazon growth strategies covering listings, keywords, PPC, pricing, promotions, and creative
  • Run recurring client strategy calls, set expectations clearly, and deliver both good and bad news with a plan attached
  • Pull real status from the internal Seller Central, paid media, creative, and retention teams, and press past a generic "everything is fine"
  • Translate account data into a clear story about progress toward the client's revenue and profit goals
  • Respond to client questions in Slack and ClickUp within a 24 hour window, calmly and in priority order
  • Diagnose stalled accounts and propose short cycle fixes that can move results quickly, including keyword refreshes, imagery, content, and pricing changes
  • Write weekly client reports and keep the optimization pipeline moving to deadline
  • Absorb internal SOPs, guides, and training material to deepen your marketplace expertise

YOU'LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • Proven experience growing e-commerce accounts, ideally on Amazon, with Walmart or comparable marketplace experience considered
  • Experience managing five or more client accounts at once, with different reporting styles and personalities
  • Excellent spoken and written English, strong enough to lead a live strategic discussion, not just written correspondence
  • The confidence to hold a client accountable when their own decisions are blocking results, delivered with respect
  • Emotional intelligence under pressure, especially in meetings where results missed the target
  • A resourceful mindset that produces options quickly when a client asks for movement in days, not months
  • Genuine appetite for self directed learning through documentation, SOPs, and long form training

NICE TO HAVE

  • Hands on experience with Helium 10 or similar marketplace tooling
  • Background in restricted or regulated categories such as supplements, medical, or baby products
  • Experience with additional marketplaces including Walmart or regional platforms
  • Comfort using AI tools for research and analysis while auditing the output critically
  • Familiarity with Slack, ClickUp, Google Workspace, and Power BI

YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS

  • Week 1: immerse yourself in the culture, team, and services, build relationships with key decision makers, and take a deep dive into your assigned clients' business needs and objectives
  • Week 2: work through the client portfolio, their personas and FAQs, the full breadth of services, and each internal Center of Excellence team and its processes
  • Week 3: answer client questions in Slack and ClickUp, sit in on and then run client strategy meetings, monitor the product optimization pipeline, and write weekly client reports
  • By day 90: you own your portfolio outright and are measured on client progress toward revenue and profit goals, client satisfaction scores, cross team timeliness against service level agreements, and 360 feedback from managers and peers

WHY JOIN THIS TEAM

This is a seat with real ownership. You are not routing tickets between departments, you are running the strategy for brands that count on you, backed by specialist teams for paid media, creative, operations, and retention. The team is direct, generous with knowledge, and moves quickly when something needs to be fixed.
