ABOUT THE COMPANY
This role is with One of Our Amazing Partners, an AI-powered growth marketing company built for brands that demand results. The company drives measurable revenue outcomes for DTC marketers, subscription businesses, and B2B clients through proprietary technology, exclusive platform partnerships, and more than two decades of performance marketing expertise. It is known for long employee and client tenure and a team that values innovation over the status quo.
Its integrated media team works in client pods. A pod lead owns each client's strategy and roadmap, associate directors and strategists own the accounts and the media plans, and senior analysts like you run the campaigns that make those plans work.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
A Senior Paid Media Analyst who lives in the platforms and thinks like a strategist. You have about three years of hands-on experience across search and social, enough to have made your mistakes and learned from them. You know where a landing page should go, which targeting fits which goal, and how tracking carries a user through the funnel.
Most importantly, you do not just push buttons. You understand what each campaign is supposed to achieve and drive toward it. When numbers move, you notice first, work out why, and bring your strategist a recommendation. This is a full-time seat on a client pod, with real accounts from day one and a clear path toward owning accounts of your own.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
Build and launch
- Build, launch, and manage paid search and paid social campaigns in Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn for clients across e-commerce, entertainment, mobile apps, subscription, DTC, and B2B.
- Turn the media plan set by your associate director or strategist into clean, scalable campaign structures, with the right targeting, audiences, budgets, placements, and landing page routing.
- Handle the details that make a launch work, including conversion tracking, UTMs, and naming conventions, and check your own work before it goes to your strategist for review.
Optimize and diagnose
- Monitor pacing, spend, and KPIs daily, and optimize bids, budgets, audiences, and creative against each client's CPA, ROAS, and revenue goals.
- Get to the root cause when performance moves. When your strategist asks why CPA is up this week, you already know, and you already have a plan.
- Flag risks and opportunities without being asked, from tracking breaks and pacing problems to placements that deserve more budget.
- Design and run tests across audiences, creative, bidding, and campaign structure, and turn the results into clear next steps.
Report and communicate
- Prepare weekly insights, performance reports, and budget recommendations that your strategist can take straight to the client.
- Join client and internal calls to walk through results, explain what changed, and recommend what to do next.
- Work closely with strategy, account services, creative, and channel specialists, including the programmatic team, to deliver integrated, omnichannel plans.
YOU'LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE
- 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally at an agency, managing several clients and budgets at the same time.
- Strong, hands-on campaign building in both paid search and paid social. You can build in Google Ads and Meta without a checklist, and you have run LinkedIn campaigns.
- A real understanding of how tracking works through the funnel, and how it should shape campaign structure, targeting, and landing pages.
- The ability to read KPIs, explain what is driving them, and know which lever to pull next.
- An owner's mindset. You know what each campaign is meant to achieve and you drive toward that outcome, instead of waiting for the next instruction.
- The instinct to speak up. You would rather send one idea too many than let a problem sit in an account.
- Comfort with raw data and strong Excel skills to find trends and build reports people actually read.
- Polished written and spoken English, and the confidence to stand behind your numbers with strategists and clients.
- The organization to keep several accounts moving at agency speed without dropping details.
- The ability to proactively communicate bandwidth concerns, with strong prioritization skills to make sure work across 4-5 clients meets deadlines and sets your team up for success.
NICE TO HAVE
- Hands-on DSP experience in DV360, The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, or a similar programmatic platform.
- If you have not run programmatic yet, a genuine drive to learn it. The team has programmatic specialists who will train you.
- Experience on other social platforms such as Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, or X.
- Deep knowledge of customer acquisition and direct response marketing.
- Experience with web analytics and attribution tools.
TOOLS WE USE
- Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and StackAdapt
- Excel for analysis and reporting
WHY JOIN THIS TEAM
You join as a full member of a client pod, not an outside resource. Your associate director coaches and mentors you directly, and leadership is open about process, priorities, and performance. You work across a wide mix of brands and channels, with real budgets and real accountability. If you want to grow your skills, the programmatic team runs office hours to train you on DSPs. Analysts who think critically and take ownership here grow toward running accounts of their own.
