Our team thrives on innovation, collaboration, and delivering world-class solutions for global brands. As part of our international expansion, we are seeking a talented Account Manager to join us remotely from South or Central America.

About the Role

The Account Manager will own the full lifecycle of client projects — from concept through delivery. You’ll collaborate with internal designers, global factories, and client teams to bring retail displays and promotional activations to life.

We’re looking for a proactive, ambitious professional with experience in design, production, or project management (ideally all three). This is a fast-paced, hands-on role working directly with premium global brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery: client brief intake, design coordination, sourcing, production, and logistics.
  • Partner with the design team to guide creative direction aligned with brand standards.
  • Source and coordinate with international factories and vendors (China, Colombia, USA, etc.) to ensure cost-effective, high-quality production.
  • Build and maintain detailed project timelines and budgets; ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Provide regular project updates, resolve issues, and present creative/product solutions to clients.
  • Oversee quality control from prototype through final delivery.
  • Track project profitability and contribute to revenue and client contract targets.
  • Identify new materials, techniques, and approaches to drive innovation in displays and activations.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, production, or design/retail display development.
  • Experience working with global brands (spirits, beverage, or CPG industry experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar).
  • Skilled in MS Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or CAD a plus.
  • Creative problem-solver with persistence, attention to detail, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
