WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a mid-level BI Analyst who combines strong technical execution with

structured thinking and ownership. This person thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments

and can move comfortably between database architecture, reporting, and cross-functional

collaboration. You should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and confident translating business needs

into scalable data solutions.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Lead end-to-end database initiatives, including documentation, organization,
  • integrations, validation, and ongoing stability
  • Build new Power BI reports from scratch based on defined business requirements
  • Update and enhance existing reports with new data sources, metrics, and features
  • Optimize data models, report performance, and refresh schedules
  • Manage and prioritize BI-related projects with clarity and foresight
  • Oversee data automation, reporting infrastructure, and analytics workflows across client
  • accounts
  • Collaborate with developers, freelancers, and technical partners to execute data
  • initiatives
  • Translate technical concepts into clear insights for internal teams and external clients
  • Design scalable BI systems with measurable impact and lift analysis capabilities
  • Document report architecture, data models, and system processes to ensure long-term
  • maintainability

YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • Strong experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
  • Proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M)
  • Solid SQL skills for data extraction and transformation
  • Experience with data modeling and relationship management
  • A structured approach to documentation and process development
  • The ability to turn business requirements into clean, reliable technical solutions
  • Strong communication skills, especially when explaining complex analytics to
  • non-technical stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset with high attention to detail and accountability

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience with digital marketing analytics (GA4, paid media platforms, ecommerce
  • data)
  • Exposure to agency or high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with BI applications tied to AI or marketing automation
  • Experience supporting data infrastructure for emerging AI initiatives
