About the Company

We’re a dynamic AI-driven consulting and content organization that helps clients demystify artificial intelligence and apply it to real-world business growth. Our work spans strategic workshops, content production, and high-level advisory.

We’re a fast-moving, creative team working at the intersection of marketing and technology — and we’re looking for a passionate marketer to help tell our story.

The Role

We’re seeking a Content & Marketing Specialist who blends creativity with organization. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who loves producing beautiful, high-impact content — and also thrives on managing the systems that keep marketing execution running smoothly.

You’ll be the go-to person for content creation, campaign execution, and internal coordination, pivoting quickly to produce content around breaking AI news and industry trends. One day you might design social posts and edit a podcast; the next, you might coordinate a webinar or manage content scheduling.

You’ll work directly with the company’s leadership team and be empowered with a modern AI-powered tool stack (ChatGPT, Gemini, Descript, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, ClickUp, HubSpot, and more).

Core Responsibilities

Content Creation & Marketing (70%)

  • Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a content strategy aligned to key pillars, while staying agile to react to AI and tech trends.
  • Graphic Design: Create visually compelling assets for social media, webinars, newsletters, and sales collateral (primarily in Canva).
  • Video & Audio Editing: Edit short-form videos and podcasts in tools like Descript or Opus to create engaging, shareable media.
  • Content Management: Manage the full lifecycle of thought-leadership content — from podcast guest coordination to webinar production.
  • Social Media Management: Own the content calendar, scheduling, posting, and engagement across platforms.
  • Community Engagement: Actively respond to comments and DMs, representing the brand’s voice authentically.
  • Campaign Support: Help build and manage marketing automation workflows and audience nurturing in GoHighLevel and HubSpot.
  • Community Coordination (Plus): Support growth of an emerging Slack or online community for marketing and AI professionals.

Project & Operations Coordination (30%)

  • Project Tracking: Use ClickUp (or similar tools) to track internal timelines and deliverables.
  • Internal Communication: Coordinate across Slack and email to ensure projects stay on schedule.
  • Client Project Support: Assist the lead strategist with internal follow-ups and documentation (no direct client calls required).
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on content performance and project progress.

Who You Are

  • A Creative with a Marketing Mind: You can produce stunning design and video work — and you understand how creative drives business impact.
  • A Master Organizer: You love structure, deadlines, and checklists.
  • Tech-Savvy & Curious: You’re excited by AI and eager to explore new tools.
  • Agile & Proactive: You thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments.
  • An Excellent Communicator: You write clearly, professionally, and with brand voice awareness.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a content marketing, digital marketing, or marketing generalist role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative work (graphics, social, video).
  • Expert-level Canva proficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with video/audio editing (Descript, Opus, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere).
  • Experience managing a content calendar and social media engagement.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills (ClickUp or similar).
  • Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot) or marketing automation tools (GoHighLevel) is a plus.
