Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Content Strategist / Social Media Analyst to take our content and brand presence to the next level. This role is ideal for someone who loves telling powerful stories and measuring their impact. You’ll partner closely with our Marketing Coordinator (who handles execution and admin tasks) and help shape how our brand shows up online.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
- Own and lead the development of a strategic, audience-first content calendar.
- Create original content including blog posts, thought leadership articles, case studies, short-form videos, email campaigns, and more.
- Support webinars and thought leadership events. Collaborate on the planning, promotion, and execution of webinars. Repurpose recordings into blogs, social media posts, email content, and other marketing assets to extend reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across Finance, HR, and Operations to translate insights into compelling stories and messaging.
- Ensure all content reflects our voice, values, and brand tone.
Social Media Strategy
- Develop platform-specific strategies to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth—especially on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Provide creative direction and content (visual and written) for posts. The Marketing Coordinator will handle scheduling and posting.
- Monitor trends and conversations relevant to our industry and audience.
Analytics & Performance Reporting
- Track content and social media performance using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and platform insights.
- Analyze results to identify trends, optimize performance, and generate actionable insights.
- Present regular reports with clear KPIs and recommendations to leadership and the marketing team.
Collaboration & Oversight
- Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of the content strategy.
- Collaborate with leadership, sales, and client teams to support campaigns, launches, and lead-generation efforts.
- Coordinate with designers, freelancers, or agencies as needed for multimedia content.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, digital strategy, or social media analysis (B2B or professional services preferred).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram for B2B brand growth.
- Experience developing content strategies that align with business goals.
- Strong analytical skills and fluency with marketing analytics tools.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms is a plus.
