Digital Media Assistant for One of Our Amazing Partners

Are you a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional who’s passionate about food, beverages, and lifestyle content? Adam Levy — One of Our Amazing Partners — is seeking a full-time Digital Media Assistant to help manage his growing digital presence, support ongoing content projects, and ensure everything shared with his audience is polished, engaging, and on-brand.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent spoken and written English, a strong grasp of U.S. culture, and the ability to take initiative, communicate clearly, and collaborate in real time.

Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Write and publish engaging copy with proper tone, grammar, and formatting
  • Comment and engage as Adam to build authentic connections
  • Post in relevant LinkedIn groups to expand reach and visibility
  • Maintain brand consistency across all social platforms

Content Creation & Writing

  • Draft LinkedIn articles and posts based on outlines or voice notes (~75% complete before final review)
  • Assist with blog publishing and updates in Squarespace or WordPress
  • Research and write short descriptions, captions, and titles for content pieces

Video Repurposing

  • Edit long-form Zoom interviews into 15–60 second, social-ready clips
  • Use tools like CapCut to add trimming, overlays, and light edits
  • Organize and tag video assets for future use

Organization & Publishing

  • Keep digital content, videos, and assets neatly organized across folders and platforms
  • Track projects and tasks in Zoho (or similar tools)
  • Support publishing across websites, newsletters, and other channels

Communication & Collaboration

  • Join regular Zoom calls with Adam for check-ins, strategy, and feedback
  • Offer input, ask clarifying questions, and receive feedback openly
  • Stay in touch with U.S. culture and lifestyle trends to inform content

You’re a Great Fit If You…

  • Speak and write English fluently (calls will be weekly)
  • Are highly organized, self-motivated, and thrive in creative, fast-paced environments
  • Have strong experience in content creation and social media management
  • Are genuinely enthusiastic about food, drinks, and lifestyle media
  • Understand American pop culture, tone, and online behavior
  • Actively explore AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Can juggle multiple projects without losing attention to detail

Role Details

  • Location: Remote (must have reliable internet & quiet workspace)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Compensation: Based on experience
  • Schedule: Flexible, but must overlap with U.S. business hours for calls
