Role: E-Commerce Manager (Shopify & CRM/Email Focus)

Rate: $2,250-$2,750/mo

About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on E-Commerce Manager to own all aspects of a Shopify-based clothing store. This role combines technical e-commerce management with marketing execution — covering product listings, retention marketing via Klaviyo, and conversion optimization. You’ll ensure the store is high-performing, customer-friendly, and fully integrated with marketing efforts.
Shopify Store Operations
- Manage all product listings, merchandising, pricing, and promotions.
- Oversee Shopify Plus (or equivalent) apps, integrations, and site functionality.
- Ensure smooth inventory sync, site uptime, and operational reliability.
Email & CRM Marketing
- Own Klaviyo campaigns and flows: welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, retention.
- Segment audiences and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Maintain CRM data hygiene and reporting.
Analytics & Conversion Optimization
- Track site performance (traffic, conversion, retention, AOV) and implement CRO strategies.
- Run A/B tests and recommend UX improvements.
- Provide reporting and insights to leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with design and AI content teams to align product visuals with listings.
- Coordinate with marketing on promotions and seasonal campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing Shopify stores end-to-end.
- Strong background with Klaviyo or similar ESPs for lifecycle marketing.
- Familiarity with CRO, analytics, and A/B testing.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized; comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Creative and proactive mindset — able to solve problems independently and collaborate across teams.
