About Us

We’re a supplements manufacturer with nearly a decade of success, offering both consumer products and white-label solutions to clients across the country. Our mission is simple: deliver high-quality products backed by exceptional service — and grow our digital presence to match.

We’re looking for an Ecommerce & Marketing Manager who can blend creativity with data-driven strategy and serve as the project manager and point of coordination across all digital initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, has a passion for digital marketing, and loves keeping teams and vendors organized and on track.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Project Management: Build and manage marketing and ecommerce roadmaps, track progress, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate Vendors & Internal Teams: Act as the central point of contact for our development company, SEO agency, graphic designer, and content creator. Keep communication flowing and make sure all parties have what they need to succeed.
  • Partner with our graphic designer to produce engaging, brand-consistent content.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and digital marketing initiatives (using Klaviyo).
  • Monitor and report on performance: Use Google Analytics and other tools to analyze traffic, conversion rates, and key campaign metrics. Flag issues and opportunities proactively.
  • Guide strategy & execution: Collaborate with leadership to set quarterly priorities, align stakeholders, and ensure projects drive measurable growth.
  • Oversee critical events: Prepare and coordinate for high-traffic periods like Black Friday/Cyber Monday and other key promotions, ensuring smooth execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or marketing operations.
  • Strong project management skills — you love building timelines, holding vendors accountable, and keeping work moving forward.
  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Analytics (required).
  • Solid understanding of SEO, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator who can work across multiple vendors and internal teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to make decisions that move the business forward.
