About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized professional to join our team as an E-Commerce Pricing & Listing Analyst. This hybrid role combines the precision of pricing analysis with the creativity and rigor of e-commerce listing optimization. You will work cross-functionally with supply management, sales, and operations to ensure our product listings are compelling, compliant, and competitive—ultimately maximizing visibility, sales, and profitability across multiple online marketplaces.
What You’ll Do
Pricing Strategy & Analysis
- Use PCSP tools and methodologies to price IT hardware lists for management review
- Leverage product margins, pricing trends, and competitor analysis to recommend pricing strategies
- Monitor pricing accuracy weekly and adjust to stay competitive and profitable
- Maintain and distribute reports to inform purchasing and selling decisions
- Support wholesale initiatives and evaluate supplier pricing/market conditions
- Prospect for and evaluate new suppliers to strengthen sourcing options
Listing Creation & Optimization
- Write compelling, keyword-rich product titles and descriptions to maximize search rankings and conversions
- Upload high-quality images and ensure listings adhere to best practices on eBay, Amazon, BigCommerce, and Newegg
- Apply SEO strategies specific to each marketplace to improve visibility and click-through rates
- Ensure accurate product information to minimize returns and negative feedback
- Resolve listing errors, policy violations, and account issues in a timely manner
Market & Competitor Research
- Track competitor pricing, promotions, and listing strategies
- Implement insights into pricing and listing practices to stay competitive
- Monitor industry trends to refine pricing and listing strategies
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 1–3 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, forecasting, sales research, or e-commerce
- Proven experience with e-commerce platforms (eBay, Amazon, BigCommerce, Newegg)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales/financial data into actionable insights
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Technical understanding of workstations and servers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Preferred
- Experience with eBay Promoted Listings and advertising tools
- Familiarity with inventory management software and SellerCloud
- Knowledge of eBay’s international selling policies
- SQL skills for advanced pricing and sales analysis
- Basic image editing skills (resizing, cropping)
