Role: Graphic Designer

Contract Type: Project-Based, 30-day minimum contracts.
Rate: $2,250-$2,750/mo
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who is equal parts brand guardian, creative innovator, and executional powerhouse. This designer will apply existing brand guidelines to a wide range of assets—decks, toolkits, menus, merchandise, and more—ensuring flawless, on-brand execution that elevates every activation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design presentation decks and toolkits that are both visually stunning and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Adapt global brand identity systems (fonts, colors, materiality, Pantones) into new applications across a variety of deliverables.
- Create smaller activation assets including menus, napkins, matchbooks, barware, and merchandise.
- Produce eye-catching signage and graphics (e.g., neon signage, bottle glorifiers, digital renders).
- Support experiential designers by generating 2D and lightweight 3D graphics for toolkits and activations.
- Ensure every deliverable reflects premium quality, brand authenticity, and cultural relevance across markets.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design (agency, hospitality, or consumer brand experience preferred).
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects a plus)
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates deck design, brand guideline application, and activation collateral.
- Ability to elevate templated work with strong formatting, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Comfortable designing for both high-visibility branded environments and subtle/dark-market integrations.
