Role: Graphic Designer (Pitch & Treatments)
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Salary: $2,250-$2,750
Benefits: PTO and Paid Holidays
About the Role
Our Client is seeking a Graphic Designer to join a fast-moving advertising agency in New York City. This role is focused on creating high-impact pitch decks, treatments, and presentation materials that win new business and impress clients. The ideal candidate is not only visually talented but also highly organized, able to take a loose vision or creative brief and translate it into a polished, compelling narrative.
Key Responsibilities
- Design best-in-class pitch decks and treatments that clearly communicate ideas and showcase the agency’s creative vision.
- Organize and structure information for maximum clarity, flow, and impact.
- Collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams to translate concepts into visual storytelling.
- Develop high-quality visuals — layouts, typography, graphics, and imagery — that align with brand and client expectations.
- Work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to last-minute changes common in pitch environments.
- Maintain high design standards across all assets, ensuring presentations look professional, cohesive, and engaging.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design (advertising or creative agency experience strongly preferred).
- Proven track record designing pitch decks, treatments, or presentation materials that win business.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; After Effects/Keynote/PowerPoint a plus).
- Strong sense of visual hierarchy, layout, and storytelling.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative leads while also independently executing projects.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure agency environment.
- Strong organizational skills; able to structure content logically and elevate even loosely defined briefs into world-class deliverables.
What We’re Looking For
- A designer who thrives on presentation design and can “make the pitch.”
- Someone who is equally skilled at visual creativity and information organization.
- A team player who brings both craft and commitment — able to push work from “good” to “great” under tight timelines.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for the dynamic nature of agency life — from last-minute revisions to high-stakes pitches. There will be times when the role calls for late nights or weekend work, and we’re looking for someone who sees that as part of the excitement of helping win big opportunities.
