WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a hands-on HubSpot Specialist who thrives in execution. This is not a strategy or architecture role — it’s for someone who enjoys owning the system day-to-day, keeping it clean, functional, and useful for revenue teams. You’re comfortable working within an existing strategy, collaborating across teams, and making HubSpot work the way it’s supposed to.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Own the day-to-day administration of HubSpot for a single client environment
  • Build, maintain, and optimize workflows, automations, and lifecycle processes
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards that support revenue and leadership teams
  • Execute and support email marketing campaigns within HubSpot
  • Ensure data hygiene across contacts, companies, deals, and pipelines
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to translate requirements into HubSpot execution
  • Monitor system performance and proactively flag issues or opportunities
  • Document processes and ensure consistent use of HubSpot across teams

YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • Proven experience managing HubSpot as an administrator or specialist
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, workflows, reporting, and email tools
  • Experience supporting revenue-generating teams (sales, marketing, or RevOps)
  • High attention to detail and comfort working inside complex systems
  • Clear, proactive communication skills — especially when flagging issues or gaps
  • Ability to work part-time with overlap in Eastern Time hours
  • An execution-first mindset: you take ownership and get things done without hand-holding

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with RevOps or sales operations workflows
  • Prior experience supporting a scaling or test-and-learn environment
  • Comfort working with partially defined processes
