Overview:
We're looking for a sharp, technically skilled Marketing Analytics Lead to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering and performance marketing — perfect for someone who loves structuring messy data, building clear dashboards, and uncovering insights that drive real business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Integration & Management

- Work seamlessly with CSVs, APIs, Looker Studio connectors, and other data formats to centralize and standardize datasets
- Build and maintain automated data pipelines and reporting infrastructure using BigQuery, Looker Studio, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Ensure data quality and consistency through validation checks, reconciliation processes, and anomaly detection
Performance Tracking & Analytics
- Build dashboards and reports that track core KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion events across marketing platforms
- Develop and refine multi-touch attribution models and marketing mix analyses to understand channel contribution
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, performance outliers, and optimization opportunities
- Support experimentation efforts, including A/B testing and incrementality analysis when applicable
Collaboration, Forecasting & Strategic Insights
- Partner closely with marketing, paid media, and finance teams to forecast, analyze, and report on live campaign performance
- Support strategic planning and budget pacing through forecasting models and scenario analysis
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and present findings through weekly executive-level slide decks
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, KPIs, and performance learnings
- Remain adaptable to evolving tools and marketing technologies (e.g., Amplitude, Funnel.io, Mixpanel) as the analytics stack grows
