WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a hands-on, execution-first GTM marketer who operates close to revenue and thrives in lean environments. This role is for someone who likes shipping real work, partnering tightly with Sales and Product, and turning complex products into clear, sellable narratives. You’re comfortable starting scrappy, making smart bets, and building leverage over time.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Own One of Our Amazing Partners’s go-to-market positioning and ensure sustained visibility across priority ICP accounts
- Partner with Business Development to define ICPs and maintain consistent marketing “air cover” through targeted campaigns, events, and experiments
- Design and run controlled demand generation experiments (e.g., keyword tests, ICP-targeted LinkedIn narratives, selective events or partnerships)
- Build and maintain sales-ready assets that actively support live deals, expansions, and negotiations
- Support active commercial conversations with tailored messaging, competitive context, and proof points
- Translate product capabilities and unit economics into simple, defensible value narratives that Sales can use without explanation
- Ensure GTM readiness across core motions, including new logos, wallet-share expansion, pricing, and flagship partner narratives
- Maintain clear, consistent messaging across website, LinkedIn, sales materials, and external communications
- Act as the connective layer between Product, Sales, and Leadership, surfacing insights and pushing them to market quickly
YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing, product marketing, GTM, sales, or a closely related role
- Proven experience operating close to revenue and supporting real deals — not just reporting activity or top-of-funnel metrics
- A strong execution bias: you identify problems, ship solutions, and iterate fast
- Comfort functioning as a lean marketing owner while being fully supported by leadership
- Good judgment about when to do the work yourself vs. when to bring in contractors or additional full-time support
- Experience building from zero in early-stage or resource-constrained environments
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex products
- Ownership mindset, sound business judgment, and an appetite to grow into a senior marketing leadership role
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in gaming, payments, fintech, or DTC platforms
- Exposure to enterprise or mid-market sales cycles and long buying journeys
- Familiarity with paid media or demand programs, even if execution is outsourced
