Role Overview
We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple channels, collaborating with analytics, creative, and product teams to drive scalable growth. The goal is to deliver measurable impact through data-driven performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid media strategy across multiple channels: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, programmatic display, affiliate/influencer where relevant.
- Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, bidding strategies, targeting, and ongoing optimizations.
- Monitor KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.), produce regular performance reports, and recommend actionable optimizations.
- Coordinate with creative, UX, and product teams to ensure ad creatives and landing pages are optimized for conversion.
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, tagging, and analytics setup, leveraging tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
- Stay current on paid media trends, platform updates, and privacy regulations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align paid media strategy with broader business goals.
- Maintain a test-and-learn approach, experimenting with new audiences, creatives, and channels to uncover growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns and budgets.
- Hands-on experience with major ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with programmatic advertising or advanced display/video campaigns.
- Experience scaling campaigns internationally.
- Familiarity with automation tools or bid-management software.
- Knowledge of SEO, CRO, or other growth-related marketing skills.
- Understanding of data privacy and tracking best practices.
