We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager who thrives in this challenge — someone who can design, launch, and scale ad campaigns that drive real revenue, while staying compliant with ever-changing ad platform policies.

The Opportunity

This is not a “set it and forget it” ad buying role. You will be the conductor of our marketing engine — responsible for orchestrating paid media strategy across four brands, pulling data-driven insights, and working closely with our creative team to deliver profitable growth.

We’re looking for someone with proven experience running ads in restricted verticals (CBD, THC, vapes, alcohol, supplements, etc.) who knows how to keep campaigns live, navigate policy hurdles, and maintain healthy ROAS.

What You’ll Own

Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Build, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other performance channels
  • Develop platform-compliant ad strategies for regulated products — keeping campaigns running and scalable
  • Test, iterate, and scale campaigns that balance reach, compliance, and profitability

Analytics & Optimization

  • Set up and manage tracking (Meta Pixel, GA4, Shopify analytics)
  • Analyze performance data and provide clear reporting and recommendations
  • Make data-driven decisions about budget allocation across brands and channels

Collaboration & CRO

  • Partner with our designer, videographer, and webmaster to brief ad creative, landing pages, and campaign assets
  • Recommend CRO and UX improvements to Shopify sites (layout, checkout flow, product page clarity)
  • Share competitive insights and examples from ad libraries to inspire the creative team

Experimentation & Growth

  • Pilot new platforms, formats, and audience segments
  • Identify quick wins and scale what’s working while killing what’s not
  • Help set realistic ROAS goals and adjust strategy as we grow

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience running paid ads for regulated industries (THC, CBD, alcohol, supplements, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms
  • Proficiency in analytics setup and interpretation — GA4, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Shopify and eCommerce best practices
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to brief creative teams and clearly communicate what’s needed
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience scaling ad spend from $1–3K/month to $10K+/month with strong ROAS

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRO and UX best practices
  • Familiarity with international advertising challenges (Europe/Canada)
