The Role

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of crowdfunding marketing campaigns. You’ll act as the client quarterback, managing timelines, coordinating teams, and ensuring campaigns launch and run smoothly.

The first 4–6 weeks of each engagement are the most intensive, involving onboarding, creative development, compliance, and launch. Once live, you’ll shift to weekly strategy calls, performance tracking, and optimization.

You’ll typically manage 7–10 active clients at a time (no more than 4–5 in onboarding concurrently).

This is a high-ownership, client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, digital marketing fluency, and comfort operating independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of equity crowdfunding campaigns, from onboarding through launch and optimization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, running weekly calls and guiding strategy.
  • Coordinate internal teams (design, copy, email, media) to deliver campaigns on time and at a high standard.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend adjustments to improve results.
  • Manage 7–10 clients concurrently with structured onboarding and maintenance phases.
  • Operate autonomously within a lean, flat organization while escalating strategically when needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven project management experience with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Hands-on digital marketing background: campaign management, email marketing, social media, or paid media.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, with the confidence to lead live client conversations.
  • Charismatic, client-facing communicator who builds trust quickly and can navigate conflict when needed.
  • Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, distributed environment across time zones.
  • Experience in startups, performance marketing, or crowdfunding is a plus.
