Company: One of Our Amazing Partners

ABOUT THE COMPANY

One of Our Amazing Partners helps U.S. brands and agencies build exceptional teams by hiring top-tier talent across Latin America. We believe great companies aren’t built through transactions—they’re built through trust, long-term partnerships, and people who genuinely care about doing great work.

We’re a founder-led, relationship-driven business that moves fast, stays human, and sweats the details. Our clients rely on us not just to find talent, but to be a true partner in building teams that actually last. Internally, we value clear communication, ownership, and momentum—and we’re serious about creating an environment where strong operators can do their best work and keep growing.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re hiring a Sales Operations Assistant to work directly with Mike, our co-founder, and keep our sales engine running clean, consistent, and scalable. This role exists to eliminate friction: tight follow-ups, clean CRM data, reliable outreach execution, and zero dropped balls.

This is a high-trust, high-ownership role. You’ll be close to real conversations, real deals, and real decision-making. The right person will make Mike more effective every single day and always be two steps ahead of him. This will require frequent communication with Mike via messages and calls.

Mike’s goal is to continue loading our pipeline with new deals. This role is instrumental in keeping that progress by removing all administrative tasks and collaborating closely with him to push meetings and conversations forward at all times.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Own post-meeting execution: send follow-ups, share decks, confirm next steps, and keep momentum moving
  • Manage scheduling end-to-end across time zones, including reschedules and fast turnarounds
  • Maintain best-in-class CRM hygiene (Pipedrive): deal stages, notes, activities, enrichment, and accuracy
  • Build, manage, and execute follow-up cycles by contact and deal (daily, weekly, monthly, as appropriate)
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo to support outbound efforts, list building, and targeted outreach
  • Turn rough sales ideas into execution: working lists, sending messages, booking meetings
  • Draft or send communications that are warm, human, and aligned with Mike’s voice
  • Track open loops across conversations so nothing gets lost between calls
  • Research conferences and events, propose options, and coordinate logistics (tickets, hotels, travel basics)
  • Create lightweight systems (templates, checklists, trackers) to make recurring work faster and cleaner

YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

  • 3+ years in a Sales Ops, Sales Assistant, BD support, or founder-facing support role
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo (required)
  • Strong CRM discipline and pride in clean, accurate data (Pipedrive required)
  • Excellent written English and a natural, professional communication style
  • Speed with accuracy—you move fast without creating messes
  • Strong judgment and discretion when representing a founder in written communication
  • A proactive operating style: you see gaps, propose solutions, and close loops
  • Comfort working from imperfect inputs (call notes, short messages) and turning them into clean execution
  • A genuine dislike of loose ends—“done” is your default state

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience supporting relationship-driven or network-based sales
  • Familiarity with light reporting or pipeline tracking in Google Sheets
  • Experience planning travel or conference attendance

WHY JOIN THIS TEAM

You’ll work directly with a co-founder and have immediate leverage on outcomes—more meetings booked, cleaner pipelines, faster follow-through. We take the work seriously, but we like good energy, clear communication, and people who take pride in being excellent at what they do.
