Role: Senior Designer
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Rate: $3,500-$4,500/mo
About the Role
Our Client, a NYC based creative agency, is looking for a Senior Designer who is ready to grow — a hybrid creative who can move fluidly from executing pixel-perfect design to shaping the visual storytelling behind big ideas. This role sits at the heart of the agency’s most critical work: new business pitches, campaign treatments, and client work for some of the biggest brands on the planet.
The ideal candidate has big-brand experience, a portfolio that proves they can do more than make graphics look good, and the instincts of an art director: how to structure a story, sell a concept, and elevate a brand narrative. You’ll work closely with creative leads and strategy partners, helping push ideas from rough concepts into polished, best-in-class work.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and storytelling: Create high-impact decks, treatments, and campaign visuals that clearly communicate ideas and inspire clients
- Conceptual thinking: Translate creative briefs into narratives, organizing information into persuasive, visually compelling flows
- Collaboration: Partner with Creatives and Strategists to bring ideas to life at both conceptual and executional levels
- Craft excellence: Execute layouts, typography, imagery, and graphics with precision, ensuring work is polished and brand-ready
- Pitch and campaign support: Contribute to both internal agency needs (indexing treatments, pitch prep) and external client deliverables
- High-pressure adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments where last-minute changes are the norm
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in design (agency experience strongly preferred)
- A portfolio of big-brand work—campaigns, decks, and treatments—that demonstrates both craft and conceptual thinking
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Keynote, PowerPoint, After Effects, and Figma a plus
- Strong sense of visual hierarchy, storytelling, and information design
- Confidence working independently on execution while contributing conceptually in team settings
- Comfortable in high-stakes environments: pitches, live client work, and tight deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- A designer with art director instincts—not just a graphics person, but someone who can think and present like a storyteller
- A portfolio that proves you’ve worked on big brands and understand how to design for clients at scale
- Someone who thrives on collaboration, feedback, and the thrill of helping win major accounts
- A team player with the drive to move from Senior Designer toward Art Director in the near future
Portfolio Requirement
Applications must include a portfolio of big-brand work. We’re looking for evidence of design thinking, not just execution—show us your best campaigns, pitch decks, and presentations that demonstrate your impact.
