About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Performance Marketer with 3–5+ years of agency experience to own and optimize SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns. This role is perfect for a strategic, data-driven marketer who thrives on creating high-performing campaigns, uncovering actionable insights, and delivering measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to refine targeting
- Collaborate with internal teams to align paid and organic strategies with broader marketing goals
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Set up, manage, and continuously optimize multi-channel campaigns to maximize ROI
- Implement SEO best practices — on-page, technical SEO, and link-building — to improve organic rankings
- Test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to enhance performance
- Monitor KPIs and adjust campaigns based on data-driven insights
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other tools
- Generate insights to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs
- Present results and recommendations to internal teams and clients
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals
- Work closely with account managers to ensure alignment with client goals and expectations
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of performance marketing experience in an agency setting
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and CRO
- Strong track record of managing multi-channel campaigns and driving measurable results
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and conversion tracking
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate data into action
- Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to internal teams and clients
- Experience with both Demand Generation and Lead Generation
