About the Role

We’re looking for a designer who speaks social. Someone who understands what works on Instagram and TikTok — how to make a brand feel modern, relevant, and scroll-stopping. This isn’t about traditional design; it’s about creative direction, motion, and storytelling that connects with people in the feed.

You’ll work across a small group of fast-moving clients in the B2B + tech space (Nextech, VLN, LifeRx), helping turn “boring” brands into sharp, social-first education channels with an edge.

What You’ll Own

Social Design

  • Create bold, platform-native carousel graphics and visuals optimized for engagement.
  • Collaborate with creative leads to maintain visual consistency and brand evolution across multiple clients.

Short-Form Video Editing

  • Edit TikTok and Instagram Reels from iPhone talking-head clips — transforming raw footage into fast-paced, creator-style videos.
  • Craft strong hooks, seamless transitions, and clean closings within 60 seconds.
  • Maintain a style that feels native to TikTok — authentic, energetic, and educational.

Creative Direction

  • Push visual boundaries within B2B and tech spaces to make content that actually gets noticed.
  • Balance sophistication and edge — delivering work that’s both clever and clean.

Monthly Volume (Across All Clients)

  • 12–15 carousel designs
  • 20 short-form (≤60s) social video edits

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience designing specifically for social (not static or print backgrounds).
  • A strong portfolio with TikTok / Reels edits and carousel examples.
  • Comfort editing thought-leader or expert-led content (e.g., doctors, founders, educators).
  • An eye for rhythm, pacing, and what makes people stop scrolling.
  • Bonus: B2B or tech-brand experience.
