WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a detail-driven, highly organized coordinator who enjoys operational work, thrives in structured processes, and communicates clearly. You don’t need deep supply chain experience to succeed—what matters most is reliability, accuracy, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

• Create and manage purchase orders for Active and Jewelry categories.
• Generate and submit PO invoices, packing lists, and supporting documentation.
• Validate pricing and item data by cross-referencing supplier invoices with the Item Master.
• Maintain accurate ship dates, delivery timelines, and ETAs across ERP and internal trackers.
• Provide suppliers with weekly status check-ins and requested updates.
• Build shipment plans for Amazon FBA & AWD, TikTok Fulfilled, and 3PL inbound deliveries.
• Communicate shipment requirements and compliance details to suppliers and factories.
• Obtain freight quotes (air and ocean) and coordinate with freight forwarders.
• Monitor inventory receipts in ERP and 3PL systems; reconcile discrepancies when they arise.
• Maintain accurate product, labeling, and UOM data across systems; submit new item setups to 3PLs.
• Manage inbound updates in marketplace portals, including tracking, delivery windows, POD, and audit data.
• Support Amazon case management (claims, removals) and TikTok compliance issues (CCR, NCI).
• Clear backorders, held orders, and transfer/removal order discrepancies.

YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE

• Strong attention to detail and a structured, organized working style.
• Ability to follow established processes while proactively surfacing issues and solutions.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfort working autonomously in a remote environment with high accountability.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, basic formulas).
• Reliability in delivering accurate work on time and maintaining updated information across systems.
• A proactive, curious mindset—comfortable asking questions and improving work as you learn.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with ecommerce operations or marketplace workflows.
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller/FBA/AWD tools or TikTok Shop.
• Exposure to ERP systems or 3PL communication.
• Prior supply chain, logistics, or purchasing coordination experience.
• Experience working with factories or overseas vendors.
