About the Role
We’re looking for a LATAM-based TikTok Content Creator to produce high-volume, high-performance videos for One of Our Amazing Partners Jewelry (and occasionally One of Our Amazing Partners Active).
You’ll receive products, create 20–30 TikToks per week, and focus on making content that drives views and GMV (sales). You’ll have the freedom to take broad weekly product priorities and turn them into a large library of native, trend-savvy TikTok videos designed to convert.
What You’ll Be Doing
Create Content That Drives Sales
- Film and edit 20–30 TikTok-ready videos per week that highlight One of Our Amazing Partners products in authentic, engaging ways.
- Focus on content that performs — we measure success by views, engagement, and GMV generated.
Turn Loose Briefs Into Big Output
- Receive weekly product priorities and turn them into multiple creative variations.
- Iterate quickly based on which videos are performing best in TikTok Shop.
Stay Ahead of Trends
- Jump on trending sounds, formats, and hooks early — adapting them to One of Our Amazing Partners’s brand and products.
- Constantly pitch fresh ideas that can capture attention and boost conversion.
Collaborate Closely With One of Our Amazing Partners Team
- Align with our marketing team on product pushes and sales goals.
- Deliver content on a consistent, agreed-upon schedule to keep the TikTok Shop full and fresh.
What We’re Looking For
- Based in LATAM and able to receive and shoot One of Our Amazing Partners products.
- Spanish-speaking creator who can make content that resonates with TikTok audiences.
- High-output, performance-minded — comfortable producing 20–30 videos per week.
- TikTok native: Lives on the platform, understands trends, hooks, and formats that stop scrolls.
- Self-starter: Can take a broad brief and run with it, no hand-holding needed.
- Editing chops: Strong with CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools to create polished, native-feeling TikToks.
- Commerce-focused: Understands that success is measured by views + sales, not just creativity.

- Proven track record as a TikTok Shop creator or affiliate with real GMV results.
- Experience with jewelry, fashion, or accessories.
- Familiarity with analyzing performance data to refine and scale what works.
