Role: Zoho CRM Specialist
Location: Remote (LATAM)
Rate: $2,000–$2,500/month
Benefits: PTO and Holiday Calendar
Company: One of Our Amazing Partners
ABOUT THE COMPANY
One of Our Amazing Partners is a small, specialized team that helps growing businesses improve revenue operations through CRM and technology implementation. Our work is heavily focused on Zoho, with additional projects across tools like HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Insightly, Pipedrive, and numerous others.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Zoho-first CRM specialist who’s comfortable jumping into live systems, cleaning things up, building what’s needed, and keeping details tight. This is a small, growth-oriented team—someone who enjoys variety, moves fast, and can flex into occasional admin or light marketing-support tasks will thrive here.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Configure and maintain Zoho CRM to support client workflows (pipelines, fields, layouts, automations, permissions, etc.)
- Execute CRM implementation tasks scoped by the client-facing team, with clear handoffs and fast turnaround
- Build, QA, and refine automations and process flows to reduce manual work and improve data quality
- Support integrations between Zoho and other common tools in a client’s stack (as needed per project)
- Troubleshoot user issues, data inconsistencies, and “why isn’t this working?” CRM problems with speed and clarity
- Document changes, standard operating steps, and lightweight “how to” guidance so clients and internal team stay aligned
- Occasionally replicate existing newsletter/email templates inside CRM tools with close attention to detail
- Provide flexible team support when needed (e.g., scheduling support, moving basic admin items forward) in a small-team environment
- Over time, potentially join 1 hour/week client sales pipeline meetings to support live CRM updates and pull information in real time
YOU’LL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE
- Hands-on experience as a CRM Admin / Sales Ops / RevOps support specialist (ideally in Zoho; strong multi-CRM experience also works)
- Strong working knowledge of CRM data structures, pipeline management, automation concepts, and user permissions
- Comfort operating inside CRMs daily—moving quickly, staying organized, and catching small details others miss
- A practical, execution-first mindset: you can take direction, own a task end-to-end, ask questions for clarity as needed and ship clean work
- Clear written communication and consistent follow-through (you don’t disappear mid-task)
- The flexibility to help where needed—this is not “CRM only forever,” especially early on
- Confidence collaborating with a client-facing team and working behind the scenes to make them look great
NICE TO HAVE
- Deep Zoho ecosystem experience (Zoho CRM plus Books, Social, Campaigns, Survey, Projects, Inventory, etc.)
- Deluge scripting and/or advanced Zoho automation skills
- Experience supporting sales teams live during pipeline reviews (fast updates, quick pull of records, clean notes)
- Basic design sense for replicating email/newsletter templates (not designing from scratch—matching what exists)
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Insightly, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, etc
WHY JOIN THIS TEAM
You’ll work directly with a small, experienced team doing real implementation work. The role is built for someone who wants to deepen Zoho expertise, get exposure to multiple client environments, and grow into more ownership over time as the team scales.
